NOTICE TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS AND CLIENTS SUBMISSION/FILING OF CORRESPONDENCE AND DOCUMENTS TO THE B-BBEE COMMISSION DURING FESTIVE SEASON
Dear Valued Stakeholders, As we are approaching the festive season and most entities are preparing to close for the calendar year 2024. We request our stakeholders to take note that the last date for filing of the Major B-BBEE Transactions, submitting of B-BBEE Compliance Reports, lodging of a complaint and submit a Response to an existing Major B-BBEE Transaction, Complaint and Investigation at the B-BBEE Commission for the year 2024 will be Friday, 29 November 2024.
The Commission will only be able to accept new complaints, Major B-BBEE Transaction, BBBEE Compliance Reports and Responses to all general correspondence from Wednesday, 15 January 2024. Please note that due to the December holidays, we will NOT be able to accept any document/correspondence relating to a complaint, transaction, compliance report that is hand delivered or emailed to our offices for the period stated in this notice.
