- Beneficiary Management: Full-cycle support including vetting, sourcing, due diligence, and onboarding of qualifying Black-owned SMMEs.
- Capacity Building: Deliver intensive coaching, mentorship, incubation, and targeted SMME training programs.
Implementation & Fund Management:
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and robust tracking systems to monitor impact.
- Complete management of your ESD Fund, including budget planning, beneficiary allocation, and financial governance.
- Supplier database development, surveys, and ongoing performance management.
